Thats just one persons opinion. I think the Cheesesteak is still #1 as far as a good sandwich from Philadelphia. Now roast pork is good as well. It's certainly no slouch. Better then the cheesesteak?? I think not. Just my personal opinion.

You really can't compare the two. They are totally different. Plus if you had a poll in Philly, I'm quite sure the CheeseSteak would win hands down.

I don't get the Hype about TL's CheeseSteaks, I'd rather have a Diet Coke. My personal favorite is Geno's and while I will agree that it might not be the "Greatest" It's my favorite. I don't think there is a "Greatest" People just have their
preferences.


And I wouldn't call Geno's or Pat's for that matter, Tourist attractions, many locals go there, myself included. Yes tourists do freqent those two places, but they are world known places, what do you expect. People come to this City and want to try a CheeseSteak, something the City is highly regarded for. So why not stop at either of those two places, that they know of, because of their popularity? I mean they are open 24/7. I hate when people trash the CheeseSteak or maybe I'm just obsessed.

However, I do agree that the Roast Pork is a darn good sammich, especially from Nick's.

Rifle is a good sport, and is a man of his word.

I did allow him to choose which one to wear and I resisted the urge to force him into a situation to have to use the Crosby one.

Of all the Penguins I think he chose wisely cause Malkin is one of the best players in the leauge.

Reading the article made me yearn for a steak....I found a website which discusses the best Cheesesteak places outside of Philly. The best one in VA is only 20 minutes from me. Looks like I'm taking a long lunch...
